Job Title: Analyst II
Minimum Educational qualification : Minimum HND in Laboratory technology or related qualification with laboratory experience.
Minimum Relevant work experience : Minimum 1-year work experience in in a Food, Pharmaceutical or Medical laboratory.

Nestlé CWAR is currently looking for a Laboratory Analyst for its Microbiology lab to perform microbiological Analysis on materials.
A day in a Life……
Daily entering of microbiological analysis results in SAP.
Ensure the sampling, preparation and dispatch of line samples, environmental, finished product and raw material samples for Salmonella analysis in Kenya.
Microbiological analysis of finish product, line controls and raw materials.
Conduct salmonella sampling of all production areas according to sampling plan and performs daily Enterobacteriaceae analysis to monitor the cleaning effectives and level of hygiene in other to avoid salmonella contamination of the product.
Daily update of Enterobacteriaceae charts in all production areas and quality assurance department.
Conduct water and Air sampling analysis.
Prepares and sterilizes media for microbiological analysis.
Sampling and dispatch of water samples for legionella analysis.
Ensures daily monitoring and updates of all ICP for all equipment and media.
