Secretary-Administrative Assistant

Akatakyiman Rural Bank Ltd

We are seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrative Assistant for a variety of roles being offered permanent long term appointment, for our office located in Komenda C/R.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility to-
Dissemination of information i.e. Memos etc.
Professional affairs of the Manager
Any other assignment that may be given by management

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma, HND in Secretarialship and 1ST DEGREE
2 - 3 Years
Very good customer service and telephone skills
Strong office based administration experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Conversant with all office procedures
Good command on communication protocols
Strong product presentation skills Office Correspondence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
