•Responsible for the architecture, development and management of scalable and commercially viable ICT/Converged Cloud solutions that address the needs of MTN Ghana’s SME, Corporate and Public Sector customers, from concept through to in-life management.

Key Tasks
Cloud Solution Architecture & Design
•Architect and develop scalable, commercially viable Cloud solutions for SME, Corporate and Public Sector customers, translating business requirements into end-to-end solution designs, conducting feasibility assessments, supporting RFP/RFQ responses, and ensuring alignment with MTN security and architecture standards.
Product Lifecycle & Go-to-Market
•Manage the Cloud Services product lifecycle from concept and business case development through launch, commercialization, adoption and ongoing enhancement, ensuring solutions remain aligned to customer and market needs.
Innovation & Ecosystem Partnerships
•Drive Cloud innovation through strategic partnerships and the development of sector-specific Cloud solutions that support business growth and customer value creation.
Sales Enablement & Customer Adoption
•Partner with Sales, Client Success and Marketing teams to position Cloud solutions, support customer engagements, and drive solution adoption and revenue growth across the enterprise segment.
Solution Delivery & Stakeholder Management
•Coordinate the successful delivery of Cloud solutions by managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement, implementation activities, risks and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Qualification Required & Experience
Education:
•First degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
•Relevant professional certification required: AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, with a minimum of one active certification.
•Additional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation or equivalent will be advantageous.
Experience:
•Five (5) years’ experience in ICT/Cloud solutions, enterprise technology or a related technical field.
•Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Professional/Technical Competencies:
•Cloud and converged ICT solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Cybersecurity, IoT, UCC and Managed Services.
•Multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures, containerisation and microservices.
•Cloud-native development and web services technologies, including REST, JSON, XML, SOAP and HTML5.
•Relational and NoSQL database platforms, including Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra and MongoDB.
•Enterprise backend, frontend and web application solutions.
•Enterprise B2B sales cycles, solution selling, outcome-based commercial models, RFP/tender processes and contract structures.
•Telecommunications and ICT business models, including the Ghanaian B2B ICT market and enterprise solution delivery.
•NCA regulatory requirements and data protection obligations.
•End-to-end ICT product lifecycle and go-to-market frameworks, including requirements definition, solution design, deployment, launch and in-life management.
•Competitive and market intelligence, including competitor offerings, hyperscale developments and emerging technology trends.
