Broking & Client Servicing Operations Specialist is an operational role in our Corporate Risk&Broking business that supports a team of brokers by assisting with organization, daily operations, communication with clients and client service marketing support, renewal solicitations, proposal creation,

The Role

As a Brokin & Client Servicing Operations Specialist you will…

•    Build and create presentations to support business planning, client engagement and meetings •    Working with account executives in the sales process and the negotiations with underwriters •    Handle incoming client requests professionally, promptly and efficiently •    Complete policy change requests and provide endorsement to Account Executives as required •    Liaison with underwriters, build and maintain relationships •    Discussing and assessing clients’ current and future insurance needs •    Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers •    Provide a best in class experience for our Account Management team through effective task management, decisive prioritization •    Reviewing and revising insurance policies in conjunction with the Account Executives to ensure complete and appropriate coverage •    Leading and overseeing the Renewal Process, including preparing the renewal report, presenting to client for approval, acquiring the binding order, reviewing policy documentation and delivering to client in a timely manner •    Receive quotes and update renewal document(s) as needed •    Serve as the Second Pair of Eyes for quotes, proposals, confirmation/evidence of coverage etc. The Requirements

•    A minimum of 2 years relevant experience with Client Servies Operations in the Broking/ insurance industry. A qualification in insurance would be an added advantage •    High performing team player with a proven track record for providing outstanding customer service •    Undergraduate degree in a relevant field •    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) •    A candidate with prior experience in the areas of client services and back office operations, •    Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written •    Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision •    Ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure •    Intellectual curiosity to learn and become proficient in FINEX insurance products •    Ability to work productively and collaboratively in a team setting •    Demonstrates knowledge of core insurance principles & provide explanation to clients •    Understanding of required placement workflows
