A reputable institution is seeking to recruit a Branch Operations Manager.
Educational Requirements & Qualifications
• Applicants must posses a minimum of First Degree and must have a 5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
• Give leadership and direction to the branch to attain corporate goal of Client Satisfaction.
• Supervise and manage the activities of the Company within your Jurisdiction.
• Develop and Implement operational strategies to improve the quality of service of the Company in sunyani
• Secure and ensure that all contracts are properly serviced and maintained.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure good working relationship.
• Ensure that guards are taken through at least two weeks of intensive training before deployment.
• Your major “key performance indicator” will be zero complaints from clients to management regarding poor performance, poor attendance, poor dressing, vigilance of guards and losses of clients property.
