As a strategy Senior Consultant, you will work at the intersection of corporate, customer, M&A, workforce, and operational strategy. You will get exposure to shaping upfront strategies and supporting our clients in driving complex transformational change. Example projects might include:
- Building a go-to-market strategy and business case to bring a new product to market,
- Defining a purpose-led social impact strategy to drive long-term value for a business,
- Shaping a post-Covid work, workforce, and workplace strategy and transformation roadmap,
- Conducting a technology assessment and building a new tech strategy to support future business needs,
- Developing and executing an acquisition strategy to access new markets,
- Defining a digital/omnichannel customer experience, and
- Developing corporate and business strategy plan with key stakeholders
